What Should be Fasting and Normal Blood Sugar levels for Type 1?

What is the recommended blood sugar levels for type 1 diabetics during fasting period and before meals? What should about after meals?

One thing you want to remember is to keep a log of all your levels. This will make it much easier to remember when you are talking with doctors. A normal level should be somewhere around 200 mg/dL. A fasting level should be somewhere around 126 mg/dL.
