If you refer to apple cider vinegar, this is an effective antibacterial agent with a high content of minerals and trace elements vital to a healthy body - potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine. A mixture containing only 5% apple vinegar to eliminate 99% of bacteria, 82% of mold and 80% of viruses. Apple cider vinegar is a completely natural product it is prepared by fermenting the juice of apples, followed by a second fermentation vinegar itself. This product retains all the specific nutritional properties of apples, plus it is enhanced with additional acids and enzymes produced during the second stage of fermentation. To enjoy all the properties of the apple vinegar is recommended to purchase products that have pH / acidity 5-7.
According to studies, patients suffering from type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance reported an increase in insulin sensitivity. Apple cider vinegar helps to regulate blood sugar levels.

There have been some recent studies where it shows that it helps people with type two. One study shows that it lowered A1C and LDL levels in rats. Of course, there was one study that shows it made glycemic control for a type one person worse. If you are thinking of using it, do the online research first to see how it will affect you.

Thanks guys, I usually have 4-5 20oz bottles a day now, with at least twice that in water. It just helps to have some flavor sometimes, you know?
