I have seen people who are suffering with type 2 diabetes and has a tendency to get upset and anxious. Are the stress levels have an impact on the diabetics blood sugar levels?, and if so, what needs to be done mitigate the stress and blood sugar levels so that they lead a happy life?

Yes, stress can raise your levels. When you are stressed, it raises your hormone level and this can cause your blood sugar to rise. Your hormones are basically releasing a burst of energy in the form of glucose which is sugar.
