Best Food To Eat Before Exercising

We all know how important it is to monitor our diet and commit to a good exercise routine. It is also important to eat the right things before you workout so that you get the most out of it. I am always wondering if I should have something before I exercise. This certainly was a great recipe and easy to make to get your workout started right. Plus, it is packed with everything that is good for you.

It really isn't a must to you have something before you start working out. But this will give you a definite boost to help motivate you even more before you start. It is actually pretty tasty and not that hard to make.

There is no limit on food to eat before exercising but make sure you do it 2 to 3 hrs before your start your exercise.

I always monitor what i eat since i cant eat to much sugar since im diabetic but what i do is i eat wheat bread
veggies and protein shake
