What should patients know before taking vinegar to help lower their blood sugar?

Vinegar has been used as a home remedy for various ailments. Can diabetics use vinegar as one of the home remedy for diabetes? if so what are its benefits and how is it useful for controlling sugar levels?

There have been some recent studies where it shows that it helps people with type two. One study shows that it lowered A1C and LDL levels in rats. Of course, there was one study that shows it made glycemic control for a type one person worse. If you are thinking of using it, do the online research first to see how it will affect you.

Thanks guys, I usually have 4-5 20oz bottles a day now, with at least twice that in water. It just helps to have some flavor sometimes, you know?

What were you using ??? Best to cycle off for a while before you go another one as majority of them have the same shit
