Total Body Workout For Type 2 Diabetics

I found a great total body workout for people with type two that is low impact. It is about 30 minutes long and gives you the best exercises for increasing insulin sensitivity and lowering glucose levels. I found it very enjoyable and I think you will too.

Fruits are fine as long as you keep track of them like other foods. They are loaded with minerals, vitamins, and fiber that are healthy for you. You have to watch your portion size and make sure they are fresh and not canned in a lot of syrup.

There are a lot of factors to consider here. Certainly maintaining a healthy diet and good exercise program are a good start. It also depends on how long you have had it and how far it has progressed. Your genes also come into play as well.

It really depends on how far you disease has progressed. If your levels are just a little out of control, it may just be short term use. If you are no longer producing insulin, then it might be very much long term.

The best thing to do is talk with your doctor and see what they say for your specific situation. I think cardio would be a great start.
