These types of diets are actually preferred by many doctors. You can really eat any type of plant based food, soy products is fine, as well as a mix of vegetables, beans, fruits, and whole grains. Calorie and carbohydrate restrictions are not really administered as much because it is a healthier diet.

Yes, this is one of the first signs you will see. It can get this way because fluid is leaking into the eye's lens. This can make it hard to focus and things will look fuzzy. This also happens to people that start taking insulin treatments. Once levels start to get back to normal, so do your eyes.

One thing you don't want to do is miss doses of your insulin. Also make sure you monitor everything properly. Exercise helps to break them down, and water will flush out small amounts. Keep testing for them and if they reach a moderate to large amount, contact your doctor.

This unfortunately will happen if you keep using the same general area. What you want to do is use all the area that is available. Just like anything it takes time for our skin to heal, so if the area doesn't look healed, look for another spot.

The chances are very good if you exercise and lose some weight. As far as diet, it is best to develop an eating plan that involves whole-grains, is plant based, has lean protein, and includes healthy fats. Follow a diet like that and you will avoid any type of full blown diabetes.
